I wish I could keep this place a secret but it absolutely deserves a 5-star review! The house has so much character and space, and was very well cleaned and stocked. The view is more spectacular than pictured and the cove/neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, especially during the week. Brett was super responsive and helpful. (We really encountered no issues that required attention but he promptly helped us find a spot to park our boat trailer). I would 100% recommend this home and hope to book again in the near future. It really is any awesome spot.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this peaceful lakehouse! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the home felt even bigger and more beautiful in person. We loved spending a quiet evening on the dock and enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck before we left. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. Brett was a great host — very responsive and made everything feel easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to unwind with lake views and space to spread out, this is it. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Martin! Emily and Brett were so kind and always stayed in touch within minutes! There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We cooked every night and had all the things we needed. The dock was so nice with the kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe. Our three year old loved the blue mat! We also really appreciated the multiply size life jackets that were downstairs! We hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Brett and Emily's beautiful home on Lake Hartwell during our kids' fall break. The house was cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family trip. The snack basket was also a nice touch! The highlight was fishing right off the dock. The kids were out there every morning with huge smiles. In the evenings, we gathered around the bonfire, made s'mores, and enjoyed the peaceful lake views under the stars. Brett and Emily were fantastic hosts-super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and make great memories.

Brett & Emily were very communicative from the initial inquiry until post-checkout. We had such a wonderful stay at their Lake House! The three-story layout was perfect for our group of 6 adults - plenty of space to gather together, but also lots of little nooks to tuck away with a coffee and a book. The lake itself was absolutely lovely, with an easily accessible dock with kayaks, paddleboards, and a large swimming mat for our use. The hot tub and fire pit were a big hit in the evenings.

I stayed with my wife here - phenomenal house and location on the lake. The house was super clean, very comfortable, and had pretty much everything you could need to be happy/comfortable. The private dock, hot tub, and firepit were amazing. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into this place from the welcome touches to how easy they made check-in. We'd 100% stay here again. Perfect for a peaceful weekend or a longer stay. Would also be a great spot to work remote with the view and numerous spots to enjoy the surroundings.

We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we enjoyed being able to relax with family on the beautiful lake. They arranged for us to stay an extra night when our trip was extended and were always responsive during our stay!

We enjoyed our lovely stay so much! The house was very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We took advantage of all the place offered: canoe, paddle board, hot tub, and enjoying coffee and books in all the wonderful seating areas overlooking the lake. We kept saying how peaceful and quiet our stay was. Would definitely return!
