I founded Bedwell Property Group with a simple mission: to bring a more responsive, transparent, and personalized approach to property and HOA management — the kind of service I always wished existed when I was on the client side.

I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where I specialized in Real Estate and Finance. Before launching Bedwell Property Group, I spent years as a financial statement auditor in public accounting, honing the skills that now set our firm apart: attention to detail, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and clear financial communication.

Our team’s background includes extensive experience in residential property management, from overseeing long-term rental portfolios to managing short-term vacation properties. That hands-on operational expertise — combined with a deep understanding of owner communication, vendor coordination, and financial reporting — gives us a unique perspective on what communities and property owners truly need from their management partners.
